Guy Boone, 42, French, studied Economy/Marketing at the TU Berlin (Germany) and at the Business School of Lyon (France). After gaining first practical know-how as a Brand Manager with Procter & Gamble France, he started at Henkel France in 1994 in the local Product Management. In 2000, he moved for the first time to Henkel's Headquarters in Düsseldorf as an International Marketing Manager. Back in France in 2003, he first became Key Account Manager in the Home Care & Laundry Business, before becoming Sales Director (2006) and then General Manager (2007) of the Consumer Adhesives Business in France. Since 2009, he has been back to Düsseldorf as Corporate Vice President, Head of the Global SBU Consumers & Craftsmen within the Adhesive Technologies Division. He is responsible for the global Brand Management, Product Development and Innovation Strategy for global Brands such as Pattex, Loctite or Pritt.

Kheireddine Sidhoum
Executive Creative Director, The Brand Union Paris - Global Design Agency, WPP Group
Kheireddine Sidhoum, with more than 13 years creating inspiring design for major brands from fmcg to luxury industry, is a Packaging Design expert. He is now leading the Creative Studio of The Brand Union Paris (a Global design agency) since 2008, after spending 2,5 years rebuilding the Consumer Branding expertise at The Brand Union New York office.
"Today, we often refer to "design" as only an aesthetic, via this contest the consumers has the opportunity to give it back its second meaning: Function."
Michael Becker

Michael Becker has 17 years experience in different packaging management positions within Procter & Gamble, Schwarzkopf and Henkel. He can look at an International career with several years of experience in international assignments in Europe, North America and Asia and proven track record of successful developments for fast moving consumer goods as well as industry projects.
"Although we have great creative people within our team, I see this contest as chance to integrate our consumers directly into the idea generation process. Let's see what kind of great ideas are out there!"
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eckart Conze
Head of the Course "Packaging Technology", Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart, University of Applied Science
Dr. Conze holds a university degree and a doctorate in mechanical engineering, RWTH Aachen. After 15 years extensive experience in project management in different FMCG companies in 1996 he was appointed professor in packaging technology in Stuttgart.

Michael Schmidt
CEO HYVE AG
After his graduation as Industrial Designer in 1997 until the foundation of the HYVE AG in the year 2000, Michael Schmidt worked as a self-employed product designer and worked on contracts for companies including Porsche, BMW, AVIA and Premiere. In 1992, he passed the trade test as mechanical engineer which forms the base for his expertise in the field of manufacturing processes and construction. Between 1986 and 1989, he received his high-school-graduation in the U.S. and studied for one semester at the Cleveland Institute of Art in Ohio.
"I am very curious about the solutions the community will bring in. Hopefully it's crazy stuff! From my experience, design contests can be a real boost for innovation. So bring it on!"
