to apply such a glue you have 1st to cut it ( as you design describes) and then you have to knead ( it is coaxial bar, 2 separate components). Actually mixing is quite inconvenient, could you imagine a way to make it easier?

abuc_Henkel, 25.02.2011 14:50 Hi Uros, as I posted in a previous comment, from a marketing point of view, the big barriers for the usage of 2K adhesives are: 1) it looks complicated ( 2 parts...) and 2) it is actually "complicated" to use (either you have to mix both components your self, either they are mixed within a nozzle and it can only be used once) of course spare nozzles are an option and already exists..but it makes it complicated :-)Conclusion: make it look easy and appealing, make it usage also easy!
